Lets Brainstorm ways to get some more artists to join our community. I think that giving non artists an opportunity to join the team as something similar to an agent or manager could be one way to start building a roster. A few other roles that I would like to have available for our members are "Mentors", "Fund Raising", "Marketing", "Community Coordinator"
